I am able The I AM ABLE Clinical Department provides therapeutic services to our clients who are referred from a variety of social service agencies. These include the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), schools, hospitals, religious organizations, and more. We accept self-referrals and serve children and adults of all ages. Our Trauma Response and Intervention Movement (TR4IM) is our social cohesion, public health, new community policing model. We are Responding to, Recovering from, Reducing and Removing Trauma and Violence 8-Blocks at a Time. WELLNESS H.E.A.L.S. is: I AM ABLE's Mental Health Crisis Response System for the North Lawndale Community. Available to ANYONE, ANYWHERE, ANYTIME (24/7/365). Designed to reduced emergency room visits and psychiatric hospitalization, as well as prevent legal and criminal justice involvement.
